Trump Campaign Files Suit in Nevada Over Late-Night Early Voting The Trump campaign has filed a lawsuit in Nevada, alleging elections officials in Clark County unlawfully extended the hours for early voting at several Las Vegas locations filled with likely Democratic voters. The lawsuit, filed to a state court Monday evening, seeks to have ballots and voting machines at the disputed locations to be “set aside, sequestered and impounded” for a possible post-election challenge. A court hearing was underway Tuesday. The lawsuit focuses heavily on a polling location located at a Cardenas supermarket that allegedly stayed open past a scheduled 8 p.m. closing time.
